Application

  1. These terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the service by you (the customer)

  3. These are the terms that we sell all services to you. By ordering our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services

  1. In the case of services made to your special requirements it is your responsibility to make sure the information is accurate.
  2. All services are subject to availability.
  3. We can make changes to the services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will not notify you of these changes.

Consumer Responsibilities

  1. You must cooperate with us in all matters related to the service, provide us and our authorised employees with access to any premises under your control as required. Provide us with all information required to perform the service with any necessary licences and consent.
  2. Failure to comply with the above is a consumer default which allows us to suspend performance of the service

Basis of Sale

  1. The description of the services in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the services.
  2. When an order has been made, we can reject it for any reason. We will try to tell you the reason why.
  3. A contract will be formed in writing for the service to be undertaken upon order.
  4. We intent these T&M’s only apply to those who have entered a contract for the service to be delivered.

Fees and Payment

  1. The fees for the service will be of what was signed into by the contract. If you have not provided enough information for your service and we are surprised on arrival for a service to be delivered, additional charges may apply.
  2. Prices can be calculated on a fixed fee or a standard basis depending on the size of service required by the consumer.

Delivery

  1. We will deliver the service to the location agreed upon within the time frame provided in our contract. This will be done in reasonable time.

Risk and Title

  1. Risk of damaged or loss of goods will pass to you when the goods are delivered.
  2. You do not owe the goods until we have received payment in full for the service provided. If payment is not made, for a service by you, you must return the goods and allow us to collect until payment is made.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw the order by telling us before the contract is made without incurring any liability.
